My "Legendary" Literary Journey

Hi there! My name is Jackson Benson, and I'm a first-year student at the University of Central Florida. I am currently enrolled in the ENC 1102 class, where I had the opportunity to conduct research on a topic of my choice. As a longtime player of the popular game League of Legends, I decided to focus my research on the evolution and impact of this game.
Throughout the semester, I completed a series of assignments that allowed me to explore different aspects of my research topic. Each subpage of this portfolio is dedicated to a different stage of a League of Legends game, and reflects the steps I took in completing my research paper. The subpage titles, Starting the Game, Playing the Game, and Game Over, represent the various stages of the research process and the corresponding assignments I completed throughout the semester.
In the Starting the Game subpage, you will find evidence of my initial research and exploration of the topic, including the sources I used to gather information and the questions I sought to answer in my paper. In the Playing the Game subpage, you will see the development of my research, including the data I collected and the analysis I conducted. Finally, in the Game Over subpage, you will find the final version of my research paper, along with a reflection on my experience conducting research and presenting my findings.
Overall, this portfolio is meant to showcase my skills and progress as a researcher throughout the semester. I have really enjoyed the ENC 1102 class, and I am proud of the work I have produced.
